| 3-room house 68 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor: living/dining room with satellite-TV. Kitchenette. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: telephone. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. 2 additional folding beds (the holiday homes are suitable for 4-6 people); some of the built-in kitchens have an oven. Welcome present and drink, Frisian tea hour, transfer to and from Dorum station (bookable in advance), 1 hour of tennis and one sauna per week included in the rental price. Free of charge and by prior arrangement and collection: Bottle warmer, baby bath, playpen, stairgate, buggy, socket safety plugs, toddler's WC seat, baby carrier. OFFER FOR YOUNG FAMILIES: A cot and high chair are included in the rental price (pre-booking required) and will then be in the holiday home on arrival. Family friendly holiday complex "Cuxland Ferienpark", in the district of Neufeld 6 km from the centre of Dorum, 800 m from the sea. For shared use: tennis (extra). In the complex: reception, restaurant, sauna (extra) solarium (extra). Games room, shops, boutique, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking. Railway station "Dorum" 6 km. Please note: The photograph is a typical example. Beach with sand dunes (North Sea) and Sole heated outdoor wave swimming pool 800 m. Within the family-friendly complex which is situated right behind the North Sea Dam are the "Deichschloesschen", "Deich-Passage" and the Cuxland-Hotel with spa hotel and pub; there are also covered wagon rides and cutter trips available. Childrens' playground and playhouse, mini golf (free once a week) and local train. Depending on the season (incl.): Hobby and games corner, creche (2x per week, hourly), disco, horse-riding, puppet theatre and mud-flat walks. The resort's tennis park with indoor and outdoor courts, skittle alleys and riding stables is 6 km away. The holiday homes are individually furnished according to the owner's tastes; pets only permitted on prior arrangement. | |
