Indoor swimming pool 300 m, public bathing area 400 m, golf course 4.5 km, cable cabin 150 m, cross-country ski trail 400 m. Centre, pedestrian area 200 m. The house is near the ski lifts (connections with the Cityexpress cable car). All infrastructure in Zell am See accessible on foot. Swimming, fishing, and boat hire 400 m.
