Private: grounds 1140 m2, natural garden, lawn sunning area 400 m2, barbecue. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking. Shop, grocers, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Suhl" 5 km. Swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, tennis 2 km, ski lift, ski runs 3.5 km, cross-country ski trail 500 m. Please note: car essential. Footpaths in front of the house. Rennsteig 7 km. The holiday house is situated on the southern slope of the big Beer mountain, 640 m above sea level in "Erholungsgebiet Geiersberg". | |
