Neukirch 6 km from Furtwangen: This original listed Black Forest house, a former sawmill and bakery, has been elaborately and stylishly renovated and converted retaining it's old character. Historical estate, built in 1652, outside the resort, 1.2 km from the centre of Neukirch, in a secluded position, directly by the woods edge. For shared use: grounds 3500 m2, garden, lawn sunning area. In the house: central heating. Parking by the house. Shop 1.2 km, supermarket, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station "Triberg" 20 km. Swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, tennis, tennis club, riding stables, ski lift, cross-country ski trail 6 km. Please note: car essential. The Black Forest house is situated in the romantic and original "Hexenloch" (witch's hole) with the well-known "Hexenloch mill" with it's water wheel nearby; the adjacent grounds to the property have woods, open fields and a stream with a little waterfall - play paradise for children. | |
