Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking by the house. Shop, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1.5 km. Indoor swimming pool 5 km. Extensive bike and hiking path network from the holiday house. Forest train station (narrow-gauge tracks), 400 m. Country park "Fuerrt Pueckler" (World Heritage Site with bridge connection to the Polish part of the park), 300 m. Cycle hire, 2 km. Polish border with large market (open all year round, very reasonable prices), 3 km. Dinghy tours on the River Neisse (boat hire), lakeside bathing, 4 km.
