This residence "Marina Holyder" is situated right by the lake on the small penisula of Rougemer, in the heart of a nature reserve. Comprising more than 50 houses, some of them terraced, clusterred around the shared grounds. Each house has access to a private garden, a terrace, and natural wood interiors. Of great interest in the shared grounds is the covered, heated swimming pool (12 x 8 m, deep, 0 x 2 m, 01.01-31.12) with childrens area, jacuzzi, fitness room, bar and a pizzeria. A true village has been created in order to maximise your rest and relaxation and an easy access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, to the beach on the lake, to the childrens play area and to the cycling routes. Other activities are extra, except the windsurf boards if you bring your own equipment.
