In 1999 the history of this unusually beautiful and listed mill (in family ownership since 1732) and the tradition of the mustard mill (mustard sales) was reinstated. The lovingly restored property comprises 18 grinding mills and uses water from the river Ilm as hydraulic energy (the River Ilm flows through the grounds). | |
