For shared use: lawn sunning area, table tennis, barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: reception, sauna (extra). Billiards table, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, restaurant, bus stop 150 m. Swimming pool 200 m. This historical and protected beamed residence has been rebuilt retaining its original character and converted into 26 simple, functional apartments divided between 3 houses. Also available: reception room with fireplace, internet cafe, fitness area with whirlpool and aroma bath. Darts, bowls, climbing wall, beach volleyball, cable slide, garden chess (communal area).
